Bonus Chips from the Daily Wheel are credited to your Bonus balance, which is separate from your cash balance — in almost every case they're already there. The important part: your Bonus balance is only shown while you're playing.
Where to find your Bonus Chips
Open an eligible Original game (see "Which games can I play with Bonus Chips?"). When you play with Bonus Chips, the balance at the top of the game screen shows your Bonus balance. Your chips are not shown on the home screen or in your cash balance — that's normal.
Remember: winnings don't go back into your chips. As you play, your chip balance goes down with each bet, and anything you win is paid to your real (cash) balance. If your chips seem "gone" after playing, check your cash balance — your winnings may already be there. (See "I won but my balance shows $0".)
Check your history. Open Profile → History → Bets — wheel credits and chip bets appear there as bonus bets.
Refresh the app. Log out and back in if needed — credits can take a moment to display after a spin.
Check the chips haven't expired. Bonus Chips have an expiry — see "Do Bonus Chips expire?" in this collection.
Confirm the spin actually completed. If the wheel was interrupted (connection drop, app closed mid-spin), check Profile → History → Transactions for the spin charge. No charge means no spin — and no chips owed.
Still missing after all six steps?
If you've completed all the steps above and 15 minutes have passed since your spin with no chips visible in an Original game and no credit in your history, message us in chat, tell us you've already followed these steps, and include the time of your spin so we can look it up.
