In most cases your winnings are sitting in your Bonus Wallet as Bonus Chips — here's how the two wallets work. If the amount still looks wrong after checking, tell us and we'll look into it.
Why your balance can show $0
When you buy a Daily Wheel spin, the entry shown for your wheel is spent on the spin — so your real balance going down after a spin is normal.
Your spin prize is paid as Bonus Chips, held in a separate Bonus Wallet — not your real balance. So it can look like money disappeared when it's actually waiting for you as chips.
How to turn chips into cash you can withdraw
Open one of our Originals — Plinko, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, or Mines.
Play using your Bonus Chips.
Anything you win goes into your real balance.
Winnings from Bonus Chips are withdrawable once the 1× wagering requirement is met — go to Profile → Withdraw.
As you play, your chip balance goes down with each bet while winnings are paid to your real balance — that's normal. When your chips run out (or drop below the minimum bet), you'll see a summary of everything you won.
If your real balance won money and is now $0
Winnings credit to your real balance as soon as the round resolves. If it's now $0, the most common reason is that the balance was played in later rounds. You can see every round in Profile → History → Bets.
Quick check
Real balance = cash you can play with or withdraw.
Bonus Wallet = chips you play on our Originals (Plinko, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Mines) to win real cash. Winnings from Bonus Chips are paid to your real balance and are withdrawable once the 1× wagering requirement is met.
If the amount still looks wrong — you can't find the chips, the credited amount doesn't match what the game showed, or a win didn't land — message us in Profile → Help Centre with a screenshot, the game, the amount you saw, and the time. We'll check your account and game logs and put it right if something went wrong.
