You can spin the Daily Wheel once a day. If you can't spin right now, it's usually one of the reasons below — and for any spin you couldn't take, you are not charged.
Common reasons
You've already spun today. You get one spin per day — try again after the reset.
Your wheel's daily limit of spins has been reached. Some wheels have a limited number of spins available each day, and they can go quickly. When the limit is reached you can't spin until it resets — and you are not charged for a spin you couldn't take.
You don't have enough balance for your wheel's entry. The entry can vary depending on which wheel you have — it's shown before you spin, and you need at least that amount available.
A qualifying deposit may be needed. Some wheels unlock after a qualifying deposit — when that applies, the app shows you the exact requirement before you spin.
Your account isn't currently eligible.
When can I spin again?
The wheel resets daily at 00:00 UTC, and your wheel refreshes then too. Watch the countdown timer on the wheel — when it reaches zero, spins are available again.
