Most withdrawals are processed in about a minute after you confirm them.
During busy periods they may take longer as requests move through the processing queue. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
While your withdrawal shows Pending
Your funds are safe and reserved for you.
There's nothing you need to do — no documents, no re-submission.
Don't cancel and re-submit — that restarts the process and can make it slower.
You'll see it complete in your transaction history as soon as it's processed.
Where to check your status
Profile → History → Transactions shows each withdrawal and its status.

Pending for a while? Message us in chat straight away — you don't need to submit anything yourself. Withdrawals pending over an hour go directly to our payments team, who will pick it up and update you in the same conversation. If you have them handy, include the amount, the time you confirmed it, and the transaction reference from Profile → History → Transactions.
